WHERE IT ALL BEGAN<\/b><\/h2>\n

Tony\u2019s Pasta Shop & Trattoria began in 1908 when the restaurant\u2019s building served as the carriage house for the then Chattanooga Mayor, T.C. Thompson. Thompson\u2019s mansion was restored as a bed and breakfast home for Bluff View Inn, leaving the carriage house as the ideal location for a family-owned restaurant. Tony\u2019s Pasta Shop & Trattoria (commonly known as Tony\u2019s Pasta Shop or Tony\u2019s) opened its doors to the city of Chattanooga in December 1994. Beginning as a small gourmet grocery store with only a few dine-in seats, Tony\u2019s building has been remodeled and renovated five times – allowing for more seating and service opportunities. Serving authentic Sicilian recipes while maintaining a casual dining atmosphere, Tony\u2019s Pasta Shop quickly drew traction amongst locals and traveling guests.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tony\u2019s Pasta Shop offers house-made pastas, hand-crafted sauces, and its <\/span>famous complimentary table bread served with oil and cheese are all made fresh daily. Seasonal herbs and vegetables used in the recipes are a product of Bluff <\/span>View Herb & Vegetable Garden. The rotating beer and wine menus are carefully curated to offer local, regional, and global beverages expertly paired with each culinary creation.
